Pics from day of arrival - Palm Sunday

These first pictures were taken during our drive from the airport, which is outside the city, to our hotel, which is in the old part of the city. As can be seen, they are not great pictures and I am not a very good photographer. Nonetheless, I thought it would be good to share these pictures, since they give you a feel for Hanoi.


















Pictures taken just after Palm Sunday Mass at St Joseph Cathedral. I think it's quite fitting that the cathedral is dedicated to an adoptive parent.
